At our March 29 Stated we received a paper presented by D. Allen Surratt, Secretary General of the York Rite Sovereign College of North America, Past Grand Lecturer of North Carolina and immediate Past Soveriegn Grand Master of the Grand Council Allied Masonic Degrees of the United States of America (an honorary and invitational body dedicated to Masonic Research). The topic will be the history of the Secret Monitor Degree.
